We delivered automotive components from the factory in Bursa to the Customer's factory in Moscow.
Main difficulty:
Regular JIT deliveries with minimal deviation from the production schedule must be ensured.
A reserve stock must be maintained at the port of arrival without involving the Customer in the logistics processes.
