  • Resale from TAGLEX to the Customer takes place at the transshipment port (Rotterdam/Tallinn) after loading onto the vessel.

  • Direct BL: Sender — the agent in Estonia on behalf of TAGLEX, consignee — the Customer

stages of settlement
Prepayment
The Customer pays TAGLEX in advance in rubles at the exchange rate as of the date of invoicing.

The amount is calculated as the sum of estimated costs, taking into account the logistics and exchange rates.
Conversion
TAGLEX acquires euros in Russia and transfers them to the foreign bank of the Estonian agent company
Payment
The Estonian agent pays the suppliers' invoices in the currency of the invoice and places the booking with the sea line
